About Us

Twin Goats is a craft workshop operated in Grand Rapids, Michigan, by Aley Czarnecki and her partner Kim... with the help of their customer service representatives Chichi Darling and Pâte à Choux.

Our work features historical art, primarily from the late medieval - early renaissance period (but we dabble in others!). We value education, preservation, and accessibility.

As big fans and supporters of museums, we believe it is important to be able to access art, without the necessity of having to travel across the world or dig through complicated museum websites to find art that isn't even on view to the public. We also hope that if it is something you may see in a museum- that you will have a fonder appreciation knowing you have a piece that honors it in your home and everyday life too.

Fun Facts:

A lot of people describe our art as "spooky," but we are a Christmas family, not a Halloween family. It is spooky! But we aren't seasonally spooky people over here.

Part of why Twin Goats was born was an incredibly destroyed Almond Blossoms by Van Gogh poster Aley held on to throughout college and many, many moves between home, campus, apartments.... posters aren't allowed in the house anymore.

Aley went to school for Art History and went to Catholic school as a kid. But we hope that much is apparent.
